Finaport introduces Finaport Corporate Finance

Private Markets are typically overlooked by most financial advisors because of their complexity, size and duration. Finaport always wants to stay ahead of the game and thus we are excited to announce that we are expanding our services with the new Investment Banking Advisory Services division, Finaport Corporate Finance. The new division will be led by Dr. Philipp Hofstetter, a seasoned Private Markets and Corporate Finance professional. 

Philipp Hofstetter has over 30 years of combined experience in Private Equity, as well as Corporate Finance and IPO Advisory in both the US and Europe. Prior to joining Finaport, Philipp was Managing Partner of Constellation Capital, a leading mid-market Private Equity boutique based in Switzerland, President and CEO of PwC Corporate Finance US, and Partner in PwC Switzerland.

This new division will allow us to offer our clients exclusive access to investment opportunities across Private Markets and direct investments, which were traditionally only accessible to institutional investors. Furthermore, we can assist our clients in the fields of M&A, Corporate Finance and IPO Advisory. With the launch of our first Private Equity investment vehicle “FINAPORT Capital I”, we will help our clients to directly invest in selected mid-market companies in the DACH region.
